I am angry at the NYS DMV. I swear there was no way i failed my general knowledge test again today. Certainly not by 18. So basically i got an 82 on a test you need to get a 90 on to pass. I'm so angry. I constantly see truck drivers driving erratically all over the expressway and local streets. How could've these morons pass this test and I cant. I don't even want to drive a truck. How is this possible?
